1. Motion for Discussion on WCC OHA Covid-19 CBO Grant-$38,000, and extend grant agreement through 3/31/21
a. Ian proposed, Kelley Seconded. Passed.
2. Motion for WCC to authorize Oregon Community Foundation Community Grant Program
a. 4 Components to Grant
b. Ian motion, Gail Seconded. Passed.
i. Talking about the science for folks to educated themselves
ii. Showing vaccines reluctant, but changed their mind
iii. Business community incentives
1. Cannabis dispensary and breweries double your dose, double your discount
2. Dilenia-use the companies that are in the Whiteaker
3. Ian can get a letter of support from TJ’s and Oakshire
a. Delinia, Chris, Johnny, Andrew and Kelley will ask 20 After 4, La Moda, and Bud’s for additional commitments
b. Ian will post the letter of support on the Facebook page and will email it to Chris

v. Gift Cards from local companies
1. Margaret and Delinia recommended offering gift cards to local companies
Ian would like to bring OHA representative to the next board meeting. Chris suggested to schedule it whenever she’s available.
Gail got the Moderna vaccine, and would be willing to share her experience.
